Shorrock's Cheese

Varieties made include Tasty Lancashire and the Lancashire Bombs. These are matured over two years, creating a very creamy and full-flavoured taste and texture. In addition to the original Lancashire Bomb, Shorrock’s now produces a variety of different flavours, including the Vintage Gold, which is an extra year matured. Available from local retailers, mail order, and at farmers’ markets.
