Inner Development For Outer Change

Join local food system facilitator Henry Russell for an experiential day exploring how inner development and growth leads to outer change.

The programme will be based on the United Nation’s Inner Development Goals Framework and integrate a number of approaches that Henry has learned along the way including as leader of the Conscious Food Systems Alliance.

Please come along if you’re interested in working through real-life challenges you’re facing personally and collectively, make contact with your inner world and have some fun / create a new memory along the way.

You will leave with practical tools and approaches to help with the complexity of the world today, the food system being just one example.

This session is open to all and will include a delicious lunch.
