Gleaning trip: Spring Greens

The volunteers from the North Lancashire Gleaning Network harvested a van load of surplus spring greens from Molyneux Kale Farm near Ormskirk earlier this month. These tasty and healthy greens have proven extremely popular with the members at Eggcup and so we are going back for more on Friday 16 May.

Join in, rescue surplus food from going to waste and get outside for a fun day trip with the North Lancashire Gleaning Network. We plan to leave Lancaster at 9am and be back for about 3pm (can get back a bit earlier if needed).
