Allotment committee structures & roles skill share
Are you or have you been on an allotment committee? What was your experience like? Have you ever thought of getting more involved in your allotment and joining your site’s committee? Want to know more about how allotment committees could run?
This skill share session will explore allotment committee structures and members roles; exploring experiences and sharing good practice as well as some of the challenges. This facilitated session will pool contributions from attendees and will discuss ways to strengthen the overall functioning of allotment committees, whilst sharing creative ideas for encouraging participation on allotment committees. A light lunch will be provided.
This free skill share session takes forward one of the recommendations and ideas shared in the Lancaster District Allotment Review 2024.
