Facilitation & intro to sociocracy training/ skill share

Anna Clayton from FoodFutures will host a training and skill share day themed around great facilitation and sociocracy. We will explore and share a range of facilitation tools, tips and tricks; and will introduce and have a go with some key sociocratic practices e.g. key meeting roles, proposing agendas, check ins, themed rounds, objections and reaching consent, picture forming, the role of proposals, consent elections and check outs.

We will also explore how this looks and works in FoodFutures currently.

This day will be held at: Lower Room at Lancaster Methodist Church on Scotforth Road (corner of Kensington Rd, LA1 4TE).
