Ray Edmondson

Ray Edmondson is a fishmonger who is not afraid to get stuck in and catch his products himself. Catching the shrimp and boiling them at sea, this fishmonger and his son then prepare the shrimps for sale at the shop. As always, the shrimps are caught daily and sold fresh. Ray Edmondson sees to every step of the process personally with the help of his wife and son.
