The Hadwin family are proud to have farmed sustainably at Mansergh Hall since the mid-1800s for five generations. They take pride and care to bring you the finest home-reared produce, prepared, slow roasted and served by the family. Always passionate about sustainability, they work with a small local bakery that supplies their bread to order and a small local caterer who, together, provide a full catering service.

Mansergh Hall Farm Hog Roast can be found at Lancaster’s Charter Market every Wednesday and Saturday, and at Lancaster University’s Farmers Market on the hot food rota.

Mansergh Hall Farm Hog Roast also caters for events such as private parties at home, weddings, fundraisers and corporate events in a wide area covering Lancaster, North Lancashire, the Lune Valley, and South Cumbria.
