Autumn Harvest Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2025
We’re running a prize draw for new sign-ups to the weekly Gather newsletter from 29 August for the whole of September with the draw taking place on 1 October
Existing sign-ups can also be entered by sharing a picture of their Gather food creations with us – see below for details and terms.
The newsletter is sent every Friday with the link to place your order and bring you news from local producers as well as updates and offers.
Occasionally, we’ll send an extra email if something new has popped into the shop at the last minute or there is a special offer.
The online shop opens weekly on Fridays at 2pm until Tuesdays 10am with deliveries the following Friday to your door, or local collection point.
Terms and Conditions for newsletter sign-up and picture-sharing prize draw.
- Every person who signs up to the Gather newsletter between 29 August and 30 September 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher worth £25 to spend online at www.gatherhub.uk
- Existing sign-ups may enter the prize draw by sending us a picture of any food or meal created with their Gather order via email to gather@lessuk.org, or tag Gather on Instagram @gathernorthlancs or Facebook.
- By sharing any images with the Gather team, you give permission for it/them to be shared on LESS CIC/FoodFutures communication channels, credited however you wish, for the purposes of promoting Gather. Please do not share any images of people with us.
- There will be two winners, drawn at random by the LESS CIC team.
- The prize draw is open to residents of Lancaster District only.
- No cash alternatives can be given.
- Only 1 entry permitted per person.
- The winners will be notified before Friday October.
- The winners will be able to shop for goods up to any value. If the winner’s basket exceeds goods to the value of £25, the winner must pay the extra amount.
- If only part of the voucher is used the remaining credit will not be carried over to the next order.
- To redeem the prize, the LESS CIC team will send a promotional code by email.
- Employees of LESS CIC or Eggcup are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
- The voucher must be used by 31 March 2026.
- The winners may unsubscribe from the Gather email newsletter at any time.
