Wild Roots Nature Fest

Reconnect with nature and your wild roots during this ten-day festival, with events and activities happening across Lancaster.

It’s a celebration of the natural world and an invitation to explore the beautiful green spaces in and around the city: A chance for you to connect with your wild roots through creative workshops, wildlife walks and wellbeing sessions. Venues include Claver Hill Community Food Growing Project, Freeman’s Wood, Fairfield Nature Reserve, The Storey & Storey Gardens, Lancaster Priory and The Gregson.
