Spring Into Action: Worldwide Rhubarb Dishes ‘A Taste of Home’ cooking workshop
Rhubarb is a very popular ingredient for puddings and chutneys in the UK, but how else can it be used in cooking around the world? Community chefs will lead a seasonal cooking workshop that explores the use of rhubarb in three easy world cuisine recipes.
The workshop will include an introductory talk, a cooking demo, and a tasting session. It is part of a wider series of World Cuisine food workshops with Global Link.
