“Plant Alchemy”: Sensory herb walk with Sam Pickett

Discovering the plants growing abundantly in our wild spaces & hedgerows ~ sharing knowledge about their uses as natural dyes, food foraging, crafting & folklore as we explore the environs of Heysham’s woodland & grasslands. (We’ll be identifying, touching, smelling as we go & gathering leaves for tea.)

Important info:

Wear walking boots & bring a waterproof and pair of protective gloves – gardening or washing up gloves are ideal.

Meeting point: Car parking area by St Peter’s Church Car Park

4 Main St, Heysham, Morecambe LA3 2RW
