Taste seasonally-inspired food, meet local food producers and discover Lancaster’s bubbling local food and craft scene.

On Friday 13 June from 10:00-17:00 Lancaster’s market square will be bustling with local food producers, vegetable seedlings and flowers, community food projects, music and local craftspeople.

The Midsummer Market is the second of four seasonal markets coordinated by FoodFutures every year. The markets celebrate our surrounding environment and the diversity of produce the different seasons bring. The Midsummer Market celebrates the warm weather and the abundance of summer with local food, crafts and music.

CALL FOR MARKET VOLUNTEERS: Could you help us with collecting and returning equipment, setting up and decorating gazebos, setting up the PA and looking after musicians?
