Lancashire, Food, and You
These community conversations will explore peoples food habits and how these may have changed over time. Whether you have never thought about where your food comes from, or you consider yourself to be an active food citizen, we welcome you! We seek a variety of people that live, study and/or work in Lancaster to join us.
The conservations will last approximately 1.5 hours and will cover a range of topics: from where people source their food and how this may have changed over time, and why? The findings from these discussions will inform the dissertation project of a MSc student at Lancaster University and will also shape FoodFutures work going forwards.
To support wider attendance, we are hosting two in-person group conversations of up to10 people. We hope you can join us at one of them.
One will be held on Wednesday 20th July from 17:30 – 19:00.
One will be held on Sunday 24th July from 14:00 – 15:30.
Locally sourced snacks and refreshments will be provided. There will also be a prize draw for a £30 local food hamper for those that attend each session.
For more information about the sessions, please contact Robert Gordon by email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call mobile 07422651776.
