Focus group for food businesses: food waste and networking

How could we prevent food waste from local food businesses in North Lancashire from going to landfill, and turn it into valuable locally-made compost instead?

If you run a food business, join this focus group and networking session with other local food businesses:

10 – 11 am Thursday 16th November

The Herbarium, Lancaster

Food made by The Herbarium plus teas and coffees will be provided.

As a thank you for their time, all participants get a £10 voucher for a local businesses participating in the FoodFriends small lottery, including The Quarterhouse Restaurant, Single Step wholefoods, the Fig Tree, The Rewilding, Filberts Bakery and more.
