East and South East Asian Book Club
This book club is intended to create a space for ESEA folks to connect and bond over food stories, cultures and experiences.
It may eventually include other things like film screenings and food trips! The group will read and discuss books by ESEA authors on themes such as heritage, culture, food, practices, racial trauma, and immigration and how so much of this revolves around food as part of our cultural identity.
The first meeting is on 3rd October 6-8 pm at the Storey Cafe.
