Since November 2023, Closing Loops has hosted three community voting events as part of the ‘Pots of Possibility’ fund. The fund offers two types of grant: Community Pots (awarded by a grant panel) and Your Pots (awarded through a participatory budgeting approach).
This case study showcases how the Your Pots voting events worked, shares some of the participants’ experiences from the day and what has been learned over three years.
