I am very busy at the moment and find it difficult to find the time to complete the pledge. I also find cooking a chore so like to buy things I can eat raw or are ready- made. However, I have made a conscious effort to source my food locally- even if I can’t record everything! I buy various fruit and veg and curries from the Indian shop on Blade Street; I eat lunch at Bibbi’s and sometimes get cake and bread from Filberts. The food from Filberts is excellent- especially the cinnamon rolls made on a Saturday (get there quick or they are all gone!) I go to Lancaster’s charter market on a Wednesday and Saturday and get salad and soup from Soup dragon. I also like the Veggies Man’s vegetarian mix.
