DESCRIPTION:Meet Lisa and Michael on their ‘cow with calf dairy’.\nMichael and Lisa are third-generation farmers. They run a small family farm in the Forest of Bowland in Lancashire, producing raw milk, pasture-fed beef, and pork (not to mention delicious gelato from their on-site vending machine). They are regular suppliers of raw milk and pork for Gather, the online North Lancs Food Hub.\nThey took over the running of the family dairy farm in 2013 expanding the herd to 180 cows by 2020 working all hours and pushing the cows to get the litres from them.
