A time to meet fellow plotters, growers, chefs, and all those who are interested in local food.\nBook your place here.\nFrom 4 pm: Explore displays and stalls from local organisations on growing, composting, and sustainable food practices. Learn about FoodFutures and the benefits of eating locally grown food for your health and the environment.\nAt 4:30 pm: Watch a cooking demonstration of “Salsa Verde with Green Tomatoes” using local produce, with samples for tasting.\nAt 7 pm: We’ll all share a meal together. Please bring a plant-based dish (starter, main, or dessert) for yourself and three others. Homemade cordial, juice, or alcohol is also welcome.
