DESCRIPTION:\nThis event has ended, but you can find out more by downloading the new feasibility study: Could business food waste in North Lancashire be collected and composted in a closed loop system?\nNew research into the feasibility of collecting and composting inedible food waste from SMEs in Lancaster District has just been published.\nJoin this session to hear more about the research findings, including four potential models for diverting food waste from small and medium sized enterprises in the district into compost.
